Weekly Worship Gathering // Saturday @ 5:30pm

Children’s programming for infants through 5th grade during our Saturday night gatherings: adults and kids will first come together as we worship (sing), and then separate out for teaching that is age appropriate.  Our teaching in “little church” mirrors the teaching in “big church” but on a level and in a way that our children can grasp the text and the gospel.

Once each week we come together for Corporate Worship.  We begin to gather at 5pm for fellowship, with our service kicking off at 5:30pm sharp.  Our adult gatherings last roughly an hour, and include singing, teaching, praying, and connecting.  Many of us go to dinner together after as we continue our time of communing. You can check out the audio of a recent corporate worship service here, but you can only truly experience this open and loving community in person.

Monthly Groups @ Refuge

The Compassionate Friends // First Monday of the Month @ 6:30pm

When a child dies, at any age, the family suffers intense pain and may feel hopeless and isolated. The Compassionate Friends provides highly personal comfort, hope, and support to every family experiencing the death of a son or a daughter, a brother or a sister, or a grandchild, and helps others better assist the grieving family.  We offer friendship, understanding, and hope to bereaved parents, siblings, grandparents, and other family members during the natural grieving process after a child has died.

The vision statement of The Compassionate Friends is that everyone who needs us will find us and everyone who finds us will be helped. Contact Vilma at  (239) 565-7387 or Lorraine (239) 851-4924 for more information.
