Please complete this form to be considered for financial assistance from Hurricane Ian.  This is open to all active members of Refuge.Church and the SWFL community at large.   Your request should be due to a direct impact by Ian (loss of work, loss of income, loss of housing, additional expenses, etc). Your request will be forward to a small committee. Expect a response in 24-48 hours.

Please note, in addition to this resource we also have food and other supplies available. Those items are available for pick up during our Saturday night church services, during weekly recovery meetings, and by appointment.
